About me

When I was younger, I went through some difficult times. This experience inspired me to become a counsellor. It also gave me a deeper understanding and ability to empathise with clients.

I’m trained in a range of therapy techniques and models, from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), to addiction therapy and couples counselling. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, including older people and those with disabilities, and families.

I have specialist training and experience around issues of diversity, including cultural, faith, and ethnicity-related problems. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional, ADHD clinical services provider, and autism spectrum disorder clinical specialist.

My sessions provide a space for you to express your thoughts and feelings, develop your autonomy and raise your self-esteem, whilst staying true to your core values.
