About me

I'm a bilingual (English/Italian) person-centred counsellor with a humanistic approach that puts you at the centre of our work together.

In my experience, many of us carry emotional burdens that affect our wellbeing. Unprocessed traumatic events and buried feelings and emotions can affect your life in the present - often as anxiety, depression, self-harming, eating disorders and other issues.

I see my role as your therapist as helping you explore, process and heal these deeper wounds, so you can lead a more fulfilled, peaceful and joyful life.

I can help you with trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, addiction, and domestic abuse in all forms. I am trained to support the LGBTQ+ community specifically around issues including orientation, family dynamics, and feelings of guilt and shame. With additional qualifications in trauma-informed coaching and professional coaching, I offer a comprehensive approach to healing and personal development.
